The Race Resume

One More Mile.
One More Rep.

November 2025 changed me. On November 1st I ran the BPN Go One More 50 miler. One week later, seven days, I was on the start line of Tunnel Hill 100. A 50 miler and a 100 miler, back to back weekends. My body was wrecked before mile 1 of the hundred even started.

By mile 50 at Tunnel Hill my achilles was screaming. But I kept moving. From mile 50 to mile 76 I ran completely alone in the dark. Just me, the trail, and the pain. No crew, no pacers, no one to talk to. Step after step through the night, pushing past a threshold I didn't know existed. That stretch taught me more about who I am than anything else in my life. I finished in 25:53:47.

Then came Ironman Wisconsin. 140.6 miles. 2.4 mile swim, 112 on the bike, full marathon to close it out. A full day of racing through Madison, and I crossed the line a finisher. Now I'm training for Ironman California in October 2026 and documenting every step of the way.

The Philosophy

What Drives Me

There's a moment in every race. Mile 80 of a 100-miler, hour 12 of an Ironman, when your body tells you to stop. Your legs are gone. Your mind is begging you to quit. That's the moment that defines you.

One more mile. One more rep. One more commit. One more video. It's not about being the fastest or the most talented. It's about refusing to stop when it gets hard.

I believe you can have the 9-5 career, train for an Ironman, build an app, create content, AND still have a life, still go to concerts, grab beers with friends, and actually enjoy the ride. You don't have to take it all so seriously. Put the work in, do hard things, but have fun with it.
